We want to ensure your experience is nothing short of incredible. Please take note of our policies:

- Cancellation Policy: We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations as we have already made the necessary arrangements and payments to the venue based on registered participants. However, we are more than happy to help you reschedule for another date or provide you with store credit. Please contact info_jsmith@wickidcandle.com as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

- Refund Policy: To ensure an optimal workshop experience, we require a minimum of 6 participants. If, unfortunately, we have to cancel the workshop due to insufficient registrations, you will have the choice of receiving a refund or credit towards another workshop date. Rest assured, we'll do our best to notify you 24 hours in advance if any changes occur.

- Minors Policy: Participants under the age of 21, accompanied by their guardians, will be seated on our delightful patio area. Make sure to plan accordingly to make the most of this captivating experience.
