In the event that you receive damaged or unusable products, please contact our dedicated customer service department promptly via email at info_jsmith@wickidcandle.com. For you to be eligible for a full refund, we kindly request that you initiate the return within 30 days of your original purchase. It is essential that the product(s) being returned are in new condition, completely unused, and remain in their original packaging. Please note that burnt candles are not eligible for return. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned materials, Wickid Candle Company will issue a refund or post a credit to your credit card account.

 

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the return process. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your returned item(s) to our facility.
