Return and Exchange Policy

At Wickid Candle Company, our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive damaged or unusable products please contact our customer service department  by e-mail at info_jsmith@wickidcandle.com. We will provide you instructions on how to return your purchase.

To receive a full refund, you must return your candle(s) within 30 days of purchase. We must receive your product(s) in new condition, completely unused, and in the original packaging. You cannot return burned candles. Wickid Candle Company will post credit to your credit card account or issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.

Customers are responsible, not Wickid Candle Company, for shipping charges incurred for returns. Purchasing shipping insurance does help to ensure we receive your returned item(s).
