DELIVERY & PICK-UP OPTIONS

At checkout, once you have entered your Shipping Details, when prompted to select Delivery Method, choose Pickup or Local Delivery (see image)

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery within a 5-mile radius of 92626, free of charge.  For delivery outside of the 5-mile radius (max 20 miles), we charge $8 delivery fee COD (collected on delivery).


PICKUP

All customers are welcome to pick-up their orders, free of charge, from our Costa Mesa location. (During business hours only please)

SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail the 1-2 business days after an order is placed (In-stock items). Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is processed. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this moment, we do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Wickid Candle Company, our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive damaged or unusable products please contact our customer service department  by e-mail at info_jsmith@wickidcandle.com. We will provide you instructions on how to return your purchase.

To receive a full refund, you must return your candle(s) within 30 days of purchase. We must receive your product(s) in new condition, completely unused, and in the original packaging. You cannot return burned candles. Wickid Candle Company will post credit to your credit card account or issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.

Customers are responsible, not Wickid Candle Company, for shipping charges incurred for returns. Purchasing shipping insurance does help to ensure we receive your returned item(s).
